Melissa Tagliatela is a German author. She started her career as a German teacher at a middle school and high school in Bennington, Vermont, and in Neenah, Wisconsin, in the United States. She also taught English as a Second Language in Wallingford, Connecticut. Prior to teaching, Melissa Tagliatela explored Germany through her travels. She attended a boarding school and language institutes in Berlin and in Rothenburg ob der Tauber and was a student at the University of Munich during her junior year. Besides writing, Melissa enjoys cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking. She is also a proud mother of a loving teenager.
